My MSc project focuses on high-performance simulation of the Jaynes-Cummings-Hubbard model, studying many-body light-matter interactions and signatures of quantum phase transitions in coupled cavity arrays. I combine Python and Julia to overcome Hilbert space bottlenecks, using GPU acceleration to push simulations further, with performance benchmarking showing 3-10x speedups over standard approaches. Alongside this, I contribute to open-source quantum computing tools, including recent fixes to Qiskit and PennyLane.
Interesting fact: Lifelong Manchester United supporter and Cristiano Ronaldo fan and will happily debate football tactics as passionately as quantum simulations
